George Hotel, BW Signature Collection, Norwich

My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable, with some lovely extra touches that made my business trip even more pleasant. The staff were fantastic, particularly Alistair who went above and beyond to ensure everyone was taken care of with a smile. The location was excellent, meeting my top priority for this stay, and the dining experience was great with superb service. However, daily dining could be a bit heavy over a week. Overall, a spotless, comfortable, and friendly hotel with excellent service and amenities.

The hotel rooms were amazing, so clean, tidy, and fresh, but there was a heavy door that slammed shut after being opened. The service was excellent, with the staff being extremely kind and helpful. The location was about a 25-minute walk into the center but very straightforward, offering a good opportunity to walk off some great food. The dining experience was excellent overall, though some fried food could be reduced. The facilities were top standard.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally well-appointed for a family with children, and the staff was always helpful and attentive. The location in a well-heeled suburb of Norwich was fantastic, but the breakfast choices were a bit limited. Overall, a great experience with just a few minor downsides.
